Also will include what’s on events that Siyanda is involved in such as fundraising activities conferences, workshops and so forth. We hope through this medium to engage with, debate and reach out to as wide audience as possible as well as generate ideas and solutions to issues raised.

The African Diaspora has a critical role to play towards the development of their countries of origin. Annually it has been estimated that they send over £ 60 billion in remittances to support their families, start and maintain small enterprise projects and so forth.

Siyanda Development 3thousand4girls Campaign

Siyanda Development is launching its 3Thousand4Girls campaign to support girls in education. Through the campaign, we aim to highlight the importance of educating girls and of raising funds enable the organizations to send ten girls to school for at least two years. Our campaign will run for 6 months during which time we hope to participate in a range of activities promoting girls education globally.

We have moved our office to the centre of Stockport making us more accessible to members of the public. We are now based at Disability Stockport building. We have signed up to membership of NEXUS, a hub created for BME organisations in Stockport.
